Santa Panza is an Italian restaurant in Brooklyn where authentic Italian flavours meet the bold energy of American street culture. As Brand Designer, I led a brand refresh that preserved the original logo’s distinctive character while giving the brand a stronger, more contemporary visual identity.

I redesigned the logo and developed a new brand mascot, a versatile character that can evolve across different communication needs, bringing personality, humour and recognisability to every touchpoint. I also refreshed the colour palette, refined the brand’s tone of voice and established a more cohesive visual language across digital and physical applications.

The goal was to create a distinctive brand that feels unmistakably Italian yet deeply connected to Brooklyn’s urban culture, authentic, playful and full of character.
